A cloud-like cataract that is most visually significant under low light conditions or point sources of light for scattered glare. Under optimal conditions a patient may see as well as 20/25, but with Brightness Acuity Testing or Glare Testing may degrade to 20/200 or worse.

As a pilot, poet, writer and adventurer she surveyed her world from inside, outside, above and beyond before injuries brought her back to earth.
